Dosing feeders are compact and powerful magnet vibration conveyors for flow volumes of up to 5 m3/h or, depending on the product or application, even more if they are equipped with the tried and tested JD Dosing Drive. They can be used as a linear vibrating screen with continuous vibration width control for nearly all dosing or feeding tasks for bulk materials.

The machines are particularly well suited for continuous or batch feeding of bulk materials in the chemicals, foodstuffs, plastics and packaging industries. Our small dosing feeders are successfully used in a variety of other industries as well. They are not just used for dosing purposes, but also as space-saving and cost-effective conveyor units.

In addition to the standard widths (60, 90, 120 and 220 mm), we also produce dosing feeders as well as dosing shafts with cylindrical feeder troughs based on your specifications and requirements. The small screens come standard in stainless steel 1.4301 with glass bead-blasted surfaces. The standard package includes a partial cover on the feed-end with an entry collar.

Other deliverable options include alternative structural materials, special surfaces, complete enclosures, exit collars and substructures (static, movable).

The unit can be equipped with a thyristor controller, which makes it ready to connect and conforms to CE requirements.
